Hosted Events

We host various events in the local community, including a meetup every month for anyone who wishes to attend.  Casual users who just love social media and couldn’t care less about the difference between a hashtag and a hash brown are more than welcome!  Come meet some great users in the Kingston area and chat in a safe environment.

Our goal with hosted events is to create a welcoming environment for people to meet one another and discuss social media in a safe environment.  Also, whether the event happens at a coffeeshop, bar, restaurant, or other venue, we try to support local businesses.  All the more incentive for you to come out!

Some of our hosted events start off with presentations or discussions focused on social media.  But that doesn’t mean all we do is geek out about it all night long!  It’s a meetup, not a seminar; people love to mingle and talk when the presentation’s over.  Many of us have made new friends at meetups that we never would have come across before.
